Abstract

От российской инфраструктуры социально-экономического пространства зависит поддержание цивилизованных условий жизни на огромной территории с неблагоприятными природно-климатическими условиями. В этой сфере сложилась острая проблемная ситуация, вызванная неучетом специфики инфраструктурных отраслей и сокращением общественных инвестиций. В статье анализируются: изменения в системе расселения, определяющие динамику потребностей в инфраструктурных услугах; современное состояние региональной инфраструктуры; проблемы формирования ее ресурсной базы.
