Abstract

Перемены в энергетической политике формируют тенденцию перехода к низкоуглеродной энергетике и экономике устойчивого развития. При переходе особую роль будут играть математические модели и программы, связанные с планированием и комплексным моделированием. Статья содержит обзор и описание моделей применяемой методологии, аналитическому подходу, географическим и временным рамкам, технико-экономическим данным.
