Подход К Оценке Природной Ренты С Точки Зрения Характеристик Месторождения

Abstract

Рассматриваются подходы к исчислению и изъятию природной (так называемой «горной») ренты в добывающих отраслях экономики. Предлагается концепция, в которой природная рента является функцией природных характеристик, условий залегания и добычи ресурсов в месторождениях. В рамках этой концепции рассматриваются определяющие ренту значения природных характеристик месторождения, приводятся результаты расчета величины природной ренты на основе прогнозной модели ТЭК, разработанной в ИНП РАН.
