Измерение Уровня Бедности: Анализ Имеющихся Подходов

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу современных подходов к измерению бедности. Предмет исследования уровень бедности в России. Цель работы оценка влияния дифференциации доходов населения на три уровня бедности (абсолютный, относительный и субъективный). Информационной базой исследования послужили опубликованные данные Росстата об уровне жизни населения России, Института социальной политики НИУ ВШЭ. Построенная в работе кривая Лоренца характеризует социальное расслоение доходов населения в России. Сделан вывод о том, что применение различных методов (как монетарных, так и немонетарных) при оценке бедности приводит к различным интерпретациям полученных результатов. У каждого уровня исчисления бедности есть как положительные стороны, так и отрицательные. Поэтому в работе предложено сконструировать сводный (интегральный показатель бедности).
