Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу эффективности взаимодействия институтов развития и сферы малого бизнеса в современной отечественной экономике. Цели работы оценка эффективности взаимодействия институтов развития и малого бизнеса, анализ имеющегося положительного опыта в регионах Российской Федерации. Сделан вывод о том, что создание эффективно функционирующих институтов развития способно превратить ранее дотационный регион в преуспевающую область, привлечь инвесторов и крупный бизнес с тем, чтобы со временем сформировать сферу малого бизнеса, занимающегося поставками комплектующих деталей и компонентов для крупных фирм, образовать новые рабочие места. В статье доказывается положение о том, что грамотно выстроенная стратегия взаимодействия институтов развития и предпринимательства может вызвать мультипликационный эффект, демонстрирующий зависимость будущей отдачи от произведенных вложений, поступающих в бюджет в виде налогов, от вложенных средств в создание объектов инфраструктуры для благоприятного функционирования бизнеса.
