Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению динамики развития научных взглядов на финансовую систему России под влиянием общественных потребностей и предпринимательских запросов. Предмет исследования состав финансовой системы, который является одним из дискуссионных вопросов теории финансов. Цель работы определение наиболее приемлемой структуры финансовой системы, поиск оптимального варианта содержательного наполнения ее отдельных сфер и звеньев. В работе проанализировано законодательное закрепление исследуемой терминологии, представлены взгляды различных научных школ и отдельных ученых, отражающие различные варианты построения национальной финансовой системы. Сформулированы выводы по применению системного подхода и предложения по улучшению финансового регулирования для обеспечения устойчивого общественного развития и стабильного функционирования отечественного бизнеса.
