Abstract

В статье показано, что современные нарастающие вызовы и угрозы российской экономике требуют принятия срочных и адекватных мер по их предупреждению на основе использования в управлении экономикой риск-ориентированного подхода. По результатам изучения российского и зарубежного опыта выявлено, что применение риск-ориентированного подхода должно рассматриваться в широком смысле не только как механизм формирования запаса определенного финансового ресурса для покрытия ущерба и минимизации рисков, но и формирования широкого набора мер не только финансового характера по взаимоувязанным скоординированным действиям в решении стратегических задач развития российской экономики.
