Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению финансовых аспектов проблемы импортозамещения в России. Предмет исследования роль и место экономических кластеров в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности. Цель работы выявление возможности формирования финансовых ресурсов и определение направлений улучшения экономической деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов, входящих в состав проектируемого кластера.В работе проанализирована существующая практика создания инновационного территориального кластера в региональном АПК на примере реализации проекта глубокой переработки зерна.Сформулированы выводы и предложения по улучшению финансирования проектируемых кластеров за счет бюджетных и внебюджетных средств в условиях макроэкономической нестабильности и ограниченности финансовых ресурсов, формируемых за счет различных законодательно разрешенных источников.
