Деофшоризация: Проблемы И Решение

Abstract

Цель статьи анализ проблем деофшоризации и способов обеспечения инвестиционной привлекательности российской экономики. Предмет исследования комплекс научно-практических положений, раскрывающих основные направления деятельности субъектов хозяйствования в современных условиях. Делается вывод о том, что для обеспечения экономических интересов Российской Федерации представляется целесообразным способствовать процессу деофшоризации, направленному на использование мирового опыта финансирования программ развития. Взаимодействие институциональных инвесторов, их государственная поддержка, эффективное использование инструментов финансирования, гармонизация валютных, кредитных и финансовых отношений способствуют деофшоризации экономики и укреплению роли и места Российской Федерации в мировой экономике.
