Проблемы Реформирования Мировой Валютно-Финансовой Архитектуры

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены институциональная и функциональная проблемы современной мировой валютно-финансовой архитектуры. На основании анализа статистических данных выявлена насущная необходимость поиска альтернативных американскому доллару мировых денег. Сделан вывод о том, что Новый банк развития и пул условных резервных валют могут стать базой для продвижения национальных валют стран членов БРИКС на мировой валютный рынок и укрепления позиций этих стран в мировой валютно-финансовой архитектуре. Предложено активизировать усилия в этом направлении. В этом случае доля российского рубля в международных финансах вырастет, и он сможет стать региональной резервной валютой.
