Реформирование Налога На Имущество Физических Лиц И Его Влияние На Доходы Бюджета

Abstract

В работе рассматриваются изменение концепции и порядок введения новой модели налогообложения имущества физических лиц. Представлены различные варианты проведения оценки стоимости имущества, определены наиболее значимые налоговые последствия связанных с изменением порядка исчисления налога на имущество физических лиц, приведена логика выбора того или иного подхода к исчислению налога в зависимости от ситуации и предлагаемых налоговых льгот и преференций. Дается оценка результатов применения новых методических подходов при исчислении налога на имущество физических лиц и оценки его влияния на доходы местного бюджета. В работе проведен анализ норм права, который позволил сделать вывод о необходимости уточнения предлагаемого механизма исчисления налога на имущество физических лиц в части определения объекта обложения и формирования налоговой базы.
