Обосновано Ли Обязательное Резервирование В Условиях Современной Денежной Системы?

Abstract

Статья посвящена одному из инструментов регулирующей деятельности Центрального банка, появившемуся в период действия золотостандартной денежной системы. Предмет исследования соответствие обязательного резервирования средств коммерческих банков сути современной (фидуциарной) денежной системе и сущности рынка. Цель работы показать архаичность такого инструмента Центрального банка, как обязательное резервирование средств коммерческих банков. В статье акцентируется внимание на том, что банковская система должна находиться в органическом соответствии с денежной системой; при этом политика монетарных органов должна соответствовать сущности рынка, который развивается циклически лишь по форме, но не по сути. Сделан вывод о том, что обязательное резервирование средств коммерческих банков в современных условиях необоснованно его следует упразднить. Это станет одной из мер, направленных на приведение в соответствие современной денежной системы ныне существующему устройству национальной банковской системы.
