Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема территориальной социально-экономической асимметрии российских регионов в условиях экономической неопределенности, обусловленной процессами глобализации и регионализации.Сравнительный анализ российских областей российско-белорусского приграничья проведен по двум параметрам достигнутому уровню эффективности развития региональных социально-экономических систем и уровню инновационной активности. Первый выражается индексом социально-экономической эффективности, второй количеством малых инновационных предприятий. В результате исследования выявлены качественные изменения в структуре пространства российско-белорусского приграничья. Проведена классификация областей по предложенным критериям с выделением региона-лидера, срединной группы, региона-аутсайдера.
