Глобальные Риски И Оценка Их Влияния На Социально-Экономическую Политику России

Abstract

В статье предложен подход к исследованию влияния глобальных рисков на формирование социально-экономической политики государства. На основе данных об оценке глобальных рисков Всемирного экономического форума (ВЭФ) за 2014 г. рассмотрено влияние глобальных рисков на социально-экономическое развитие России. Оценки рисков ВЭФ, преобразованные по методикам, предложенным автором, сопоставляются с показателями социально-экономического развития и их пороговыми значениями. Это позволяет оценить степень уязвимости социально-экономического развития страны к влиянию глобальных рисков.Результаты применения предлагаемого подхода показывают, что при формировании социально-экономической политики необходимо учитывать роль глобальных рисков, их влияние на экономику с целью снижения ее уязвимости и достижения целей социально-экономического развития.
