Сравнение Стоимости Строительства Автомобильных Дорог В России И В Странах Мира

Abstract

Отставание темпов развития и транспортно-эксплуатационного состояния автомобильных дорог России от растущего уровня автомобилизации населения и бизнеса (с 25,4 млн автомобилей в 2000 г. до 48,4 млн автомобилей в 2013 г.) на фоне многомиллиардных государственных расходов на дорожное строительство дает повод для ошибочных выводов о стоимости строительства автомобильных дорог. В результате миф о многократном превышении стоимости строительства отечественных автомобильных дорог над аналогичными показателями зарубежных стран в России получил широкое распространение. Однако в этих подсчетах все не так однозначно. К тому же в отсутствие единой методики осуществления расчетов по определению удельной стоимости строительства автомобильных дорог любые попытки сравнения стоимости зарубежных проектов между собой представляются весьма сложными. В статье проводится анализ стоимости реализации объектов строительства и реконструкции автомобильных дорог в России, а также сравниваются полученные результаты с зарубежными аналогами.
