Abstract

В статье проанализировано актуальное положение и роль среднего бизнеса в России, дана его качественная и количественная характеристика. Исследование законодательной базы Российской Федерации в отношении среднего бизнеса показало почти полное отсутствие государственных мер поддержки среднего бизнеса. Установлено, что в отличие от стран ЕС, в России сферой малого и среднего предпринимательства создается только четверть национального продукт, в этом секторе занято 14% работников и обеспечивается 28% всей выручки. В структуре действующих предприятий средний бизнес занимает 0,3% от общего количества малых и средних фирм при типичном для западных стран уровне свыше 1%. Отмечена стремительная деградация среднего бизнеса в России. Предложено выработать реальные, относящиеся именно к предприятиям среднего бизнеса меры поддержки посредством внесения изменений в законодательную базу.
