Коммуникация Стратегии - Необходимость В Современном Стратегическом Менеджменте

Abstract

Коммуникация стратегии является одной из ключевых составляющих в рамках реализации стратегии. Целью данной статьи является разработка подхода, с помощью которого станет возможным повышение качества коммуникации как самой стратегии, так и ее целей (наряду с миссией и видением), что может стать необходимым решением для компаний, стремящихся повысить глубину внедрения своих стратегических инициатив.Исследования последних лет показывают, что наиболее эффективным способом коммуникации являются визуальные материалы (презентации, видео или инфографика), которые могут повышать восприимчивость материала до 80%, что требует разработки нового подхода визуальных коммуникаций среди сотрудников компании.Подход, разработанный в данной статье, представляет собой практический инструмент для внутренней коммуникации и визуализации стратегии и может быть применен для повышения эффективности реализации стратегии
