Abstract

Предметом статьи является парадигма стратегии управления организациями в условиях неопределенности. Цель статьи создание имиджа организации в конкурентной борьбе. Предложена новая стратегия конкурентной борьбы организации. Рассмотрены подходы к формированию стратегии развития организаций и позиционирования на рынке в XXI в. Вносится предложение о том, что интеллектуальный капитал организаций становится основой успеха. Именно он определяет конкурентоспособность организаций, выступает основным ресурсом их стратегического развития.
