Банковские Вклады Как Основной Инструмент Аккумуляции Сбережений Населения В Современных Условиях

Abstract

Исследуются современные особенности формирования сбережений населения на российском финансовом рынке; показана их роль в формировании инвестиционных ресурсов; обосновываются необходимость и целесообразность создания новой системы аккумуляции сбережений на отечественном финансовом рынке. Рассматриваются факторы, оказывающие влияние на рост объемов сбережений; выделяются группы факторов такого роста, показаны особенности привлечения сбережений населения на банковские депозиты. Проведен статистический и сравнительный анализ выделенных групп факторов и сделан вывод о формировании на современном этапе объективных предпосылок для создания новых форм банковских депозитов, расширяющих базу инвестиционных ресурсов. Определены направления разработки банками новых форм депозитов, а также модификации депозитной процентной политики в современных экономических условиях. Выделены факторы, тормозящие создание расширенной линейки банковских депозитов.
