Abstract

В статье систематизирован мировой опыт экологических дорожных сборов, на основе которого сформулированы предложения по повышению экологической направленности налогов путем частичного изменения их элементов, что позволит создать экономический механизм компенсации негативных экологических последствий от воздействия транспорта на природную среду.The paper highlights the world experience in the field of ecological road tolls and presents proposals for improving the environmental taxes by partially changing their elements in order to create the economic mechanism of compensation of negative ecological impact of transport on the environment.
