Abstract

Рассматриваются ценовые и налоговые меры, направленные на снижение потребления табака в России путем роста цен на табачную продукцию. анализируются экономические, психологические и социальные аспекты возможного поведения потребителей сигарет в ответ на рост цен.Price and tax measures to reduce tobacco consumption in Russia by raising prices for tobacco products are considered. The economic, psychological and social aspects of the possible behavior of cigarette consumers in response to growing prices are analyzed
