Abstract

Скопления отходов, называющиеся техногенными месторождениями, могут использоваться для извлечения оставшихся в них полезных компонентов, что позволяет также снижать экологические риски. в статье представлен метод установления ставок по налогу на добычу полезных ископаемых на основе расчетной стоимости оценки сырья и косвенного метода определения количества полезных ископаемых
