Abstract

В статье приводится история появления «зеленой» экономики в противовес традиционной «коричневой» экономике, дается ее концепция, показываются недостатки существующих определений «зеленой» экономики, делаются выводы о реальных возможностях перехода к росту «зеленой» экономикиThe paper gives a historical account of the emergence of the «green” economy as opposed to the traditional«brown» economy, explains its concept, reveals the shortcomings of the existing definitions of the green economy. A conclusion is made that real conditions have currently developed to ensure the growth of the green economy
