Abstract

Рассматривается основная цель деятельности органов государственной власти обеспечение высокого качества жизни населения, анализируются причины развития производства и повышения благосостояния граждан, влияние демографического фактора, инвестиций и активности населения на экономический рост, делается вывод, что источником экономического роста должны стать новые изобретения, придающие человеку новые возможности и защищающие его от неблагоприятного воздействия окружающей среды.The principal objectives of the government activities aimed at ensuring a high quality of life are considered; factors essential for production development and improvement of the citizens wellbeing as well as the impact of demographic factors, investments and human activities on the economic growth are analyzed. It is concluded that new inventions providing an individual with new opportrunities and protecting him from environmental hazards should become a source of the economic growth
