Abstract

В статье проведен мониторинг существующих проблем, тормозящих развитие малого и среднего бизнеса в России, в том числе кредитования. выявлено, что перспективными направлениями улучшения кредитования малого и среднего бизнеса являются разработка методики оценки рисков, учитывающей специфику малого и среднего секторов экономики, формирование законодательной базы в целях секьюритизации кредитов.The paper reviews today’s problems hampering the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia, in particular, bank loans. The author points out that the development of risk assessment methods tailored to small and medium sectors as well as the development of legislative framework for securitization of loans are the most important areas to improve.
