Abstract

Исследуются направления повышения инвестиционной активности малого города; его проблемы и направления их решения; возможность использования опыта других регионов по привлечению инвестиций, повышению эффективности их использования, снижению инвестиционных рисков, созданию импортозаменяющих производств. обращается внимание на обеспечение реализуемых и планируемых к реализации инвестиционных проектов кадрами высокой квалификации, обладающими необходимыми знаниями и компетенциями.The study explores several ways to enhance investment activities in small cities. It highlights problems and possible decisions as well as the necessity of using the best experience in such areas as attracting investments, increasing effi y, reducing investment risks, and creating import-substituting industries. The author points out that the fulfi of present and future investment projects needs core competencies and new knowledge.
