Abstract

Анализируются место и роль государственного регулирования военного производства в России, которое должно сочетать административно-правовые, организационные и финансово-экономические методы и инструменты управления. Это означает, что реформирование механизма экономического обеспечения военного строительства может быть эффективным только при соблюдении комплексного, системного подхода к этой сложнейшей и многоплановой проблеме.State regulation of military production implies the combination of administrative, legal, organizational, financial and economic methods and tools. This means that the reform of the support mechanism for military construction will be efficient only if a comprehensive, systematic approach to this complex and multidimensional problem is adopted.
