Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы повышения конкурентоспособности экономики современной России и необходимость структурных изменений, модернизации машиностроительного комплекса. отмечается, что финансовая политика государства в области машиностроения формируется с позиций бизнеса, а не с точки зрения государственного управления, что подтверждается приоритетами бюджетного финансирования различных подпрограмм машиностроительного комплекса. анализируются возможности осуществления инновационного и энергосырьевого сценария развития машиностроительного комплекса.
