Abstract

Рассматриваются место России в мировой системе нефтеобеспечения, добыча и переработка нефти в России, экспорт нефти и нефтепродуктов, структура поставок нефти. делается вывод, что существенный рост экспорта нефтепродуктов стал возможен благодаря завершению модернизации на ряде крупных нПз. однако в структуре экспорта нефтепродуктов по-прежнему наибольший вес составляют поставки низкокачественных темных нефтепродуктов.The paper brings into focus such issues as Russia’s place in the world’s oil supply, oil production and refining in Russia, exports of oil and oil products as well as the structure of the oil deliveries. It argues that a signifi increase in exports of oil products was made possible by the completion of modernization of large oil refineries. However, low-quality dark oil products still prevail in the exports of oil products.
