Abstract

На современном этапе развития мировой экономики происходит трансформация значения базовых принципов конкурентоспособности, усиление влияния развитых экономик на состояние рынков, всю систему международных экономических отношений. заканчивается длительный период конкурентоспособности России на энергетических рынках за счет ее естественных преимуществ. высокие цены на нефть более не стимулируют экономический рост. Повышение роли фактора международной конкуренции требует отраслевой и технологической модернизации экономики страны
