Abstract

В статье рассмотрена нормативно-законодательная база регулирования государственно-частного партнерства, которое способно решать многие государственные задачи при условии выявления недостатков и формулирования предложений по совершенствованию российского законодательства, и проанализирован вопрос о целесообразности принятия федерального закона «об основах государственно-частного партнерства».The article focuses on the regulatory framework governing public-private partnership which is capable of solving many public tasks provided proper schemes are enacted to identify gaps in the Russian legislation and encourage efforts for its improvement. The expediency of the federal law «Principles of public-private partnership» is discussed
