Abstract

Рассматривается проблема оптимального соотношения государственного принуждения и убеждения в рамках исполнения судебных решений в отношении должников-предпринимателей. взаимодействие и взаимовлияние власти и бизнеса в контексте совершенствования арсенала средств воздействия на должника является одной из актуальных задач современного этапа развития отечественного законодательства.The article examines the optimal relationship between state coercion and persuasion in the execution of court judgments against debtors (entrepreneurs). The interaction and mutual infl e between business and government in the context of tougher measures against debtors are among the urgent problems facing the national legislation today
