О Государственной Поддержке Предпринимательства В Условиях Формирования Контрактной Системы В Сфере Закупок

Abstract

Рассматриваются меры по государственной поддержке отдельных категорий участников закупок и предоставлению преимуществ в форме преференций отечественным поставщикам (подрядчикам, исполнителям), в связи с чем Правительство Российской Федерации вправе устанавливать приоритет товаров российского происхождения, а также работ (услуг), выполняемых (оказываемых) российскими лицами, по отношению к зарубежным товарам (работам, услугам). в заключение делаются выводы о роли контрактной системы в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг как важнейшего государственного регулятора экономических процессов.
