Abstract

В работе отражено институционально-функциональное обеспечение сотрудничества предпринимательских и властных структур на определенном уровне развития экономики; описаны классификационные признаки участников частно-государственного сотрудничества; исследован выбор структуры управления логистическими инновационными потоками при сотрудничестве властных и предпринимательских структур. сделан вывод, что при выборе общих признаков инновационных структур возможны соответствующие типы и композиции по руководству инновационным потоком, и как итог выбор адаптивной структуры
