Abstract

Рассматриваются направления совершенствования государственной поддержки развития малого предпринимательства закрепление в бюджетах всех уровней минимальных лимитов средств, выделяемых на господдержку бизнеса, в том числе долгосрочное планирование; финансовая поддержка программ поддержки малого и среднего предпринимательства в муниципальных образованиях; обеспечение прозрачности решений об инвестировании бюджетных средствThe article reviews and substantiates the ways to improve the state support of small business development. The authors find it necessary to determine the minimum amount of funding allocated the state support of business including long-term planning in the budgets of all levels; provide financial assistance to programs for small and medium business development in the municipalities; ensure the transparency of the decisions on budget funding
