Abstract

В статье рассматривается предназначение патентной системы налогообложения, предлагаются методика установления цены патента, позволяющая одновременно обеспечивать реализацию фискальной и регулирующей функций налогообложения, стимулировать развитие приоритетных и общественно-значимых для данного региона и муниципального образования форм малого бизнеса, активизировать инновационную деятельность малых предприятий, а также методика оценки обобщенного критерия общественно-инновационной значимости бизнеса предприятий или конкретного инновационно-инвестиционного проекта.
