Формирование Механизма Предупредительного Выявления «Фирм-Однодневок»

Abstract

Рассматриваются основные признаки, присущие «фирмам-однодневкам», и их классификация, формулируется понятие «фирмы-однодневки», приводятся алгоритмы осуществления налоговыми органами контрольных мероприятий, делается вывод, что включение предложенного механизма предупредительного выявления «фирм-однодневок» в контрольную работу налоговых органов позволит автоматизировать и формализовать процедуры выявления недобросовестных налогоплательщиков.The main characteristic features of «phony companies» and their classification are considered, the concept of a «phony company» is formulated, algorithms implemented by tax authorities in carrying out control activities are described. It is concluded that when introduced in the control activities of tax authorities, the proposed mechanism of preventive exposure of «phony companies» will make it possible to automate and formalize procedures of identifying dishonest taxpayers.
