Abstract

Присоединение России к системе соглашений вто обусловливает необходимость преобразования правовой среды в целях поступательного развития предпринимательства, которое является основой для более глубокого интегрирования России в мировую экономику. необходимая трансформация правового поля в связи с присоединением к вто обусловливает повышение ответственности бизнеса в части обеспечения корректности ведения и оформления предпринимательской деятельности, ее транспарентности, понятной и национальным, и зарубежным контрагентам.
