Abstract

Проанализирована социальная роль налогов в общем и налога на доходы физических лиц (ндФл) в частности. социальная роль ндФл рассмотрена на примере общетеоретических задач социальной политики и конкретных целей, установленных концепцией долгосрочного социально-экономического развития Российской Федерации на период до 2020 г. Предложены направления реформирования ндФл.The social role of taxes in general and the personal income tax (PIT) in particular has been analyzed. The social role of the PIT has been considered in the context of the general social policy theory and particular objectives set up by the Concept of the Long-Term Socio-Economic Development of the Russian Federation until 2020. Directions of the PIT reform have been suggested
