Abstract

Охарактеризованы предпринятые и намечаемые меры по решению задач деофшоризации российской экономики с учетом актуальных тенденций в антиофшорной политике зарубежных стран. дан сравнительный анализ законодательства сШа о контролируемых иностранных компаниях и российского проекта аналогичного закона, сформулированы предложения о необходимых мерах по деофшоризации российской экономики.The article analyzes taken and planned measures aimed at the «deoffshorization» of the Russian economy taking into account current trends in anti-offshore policy of foreign countries. A comparative analysis between the U.S. legislation on controlled foreign companies (CFCs) and the Russian draft law addressing the same issues is presented. The steps required to ensure the «deoffshorization» of the Russian economy are outlined
