Abstract

Рассматриваются причины увеличения потоков международного внешнего финансирования на современном этапе. выявляются проблемы, связанные со значительным уровнем внешнего долга. анализируется бремя внешнего долга Российской Федерации. делается вывод, что внешний долг России имеет тенденцию к сокращению вследствие большого притока нефтедолларов в государственный бюджет, а частный долг увеличивается вследствие дороговизны и недостаточной доступности банковских кредитов. Предлагаются подходы к управлению внешним долгом.
