Abstract

Рассматриваются формирование среды электронных сМи и их регистрация, а также так называемое горизонтальное распространение информации посредством электронных ресурсов. делается вывод о том, что нормативное регулирование деятельности по регистрации, прекращению или приостановлению деятельности сМи требует совершенствования для усиления его логичности и взаимоувязанности.The article reviews a formation of online media and its registration, as well as the so-called horizontal spread of information through electronic resources. It is concluded that the regulation of registration, termination or suspension of activities of online media requires improvements to enhance regulatory consistency and coherence.
