Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности административной ответственности за нарушение установленного порядка ценообразования в электроэнергетике с учетом полномочий Федеральной службы по тарифам как ценового регулятора.анализируется состав административного правонарушения,предусмотренного ст.14.6 коаП РФ как наиболее распространенный вид административного правонарушения, совершаемого в сфере государственного регулирования цен (тарифов) на электрическую энергию (мощность), а также на соответствующие услуги.This article discusses features of administrative liability for violations of pricing in the electricity industry according to the authority of the Federal service for tariffs as a price regulator. It examines the composition of the administrative offence, under art. 9.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences as the most common type of administrative offences committed in the area of State regulation of prices (tariffs) for electric energy (power), as well as for the relevant services.
