Abstract

В соответствии со ст. 105.15 нк РФ налогоплательщик по требованию налогового органа представляет документацию относительно контролируемых сделок, указанных в требовании. При этом он приводит обоснование причин выбора и способа применения используемого метода и дает ссылки на использованные источники информации. в статье рассматриваются методы налогового контроля за ценообразованием, выбор налогоплательщиком метода ценообразования, требования, предъявляемые к сопоставимым сделкам, информация, используемая налоговыми органами при контроле за ценообразованием, применение метода сопоставимой рентабельности.
