Abstract

Приводятся неточности в установлении понятий в законодательстве о трансфертном ценообразовании, рассматриваются его методы, порядок отбора сопоставимых компаний, применения предварительного соглашения о ценообразовании и поиска необходимой информации. делается вывод, что в настоящее время возникает необходимость включения в законодательство о трансфертном ценообразовании соответствующих поправок.The author illustrates inaccuracies in establishing concepts of funds transfer pricing legislation, consideres its methods and selection of comparable companies, the preliminary pricing agreements and retrieval. It is concluded that at present, there is a need for amendments in funds transfer pricing legislation.
