Abstract

Проанализирована сложившаяся ситуация в области регулирования цен и тарифов, рассмотрены проблемы предприятий инфраструктурных отраслей и направления совершенствования системы государственного регулирования. сделан вывод, что вовлечение накопленных пенсионных средств нПФ в процесс инвестирования в инфраструктурные предприятия должно способствовать развитию инфраструктуры, повышать надежность и качество предоставляемых услуг. При этом должен быть создан механизм государственного гарантирования доходности вложений нПФ в инфраструктурные предприятия. такой механизм может быть реализован через систему государственного регулирования тарифов на услуги инфраструктурных отраслей.
