Региональные Инновационные Кластеры С Позиций Современных Тенденций Развития

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные подходы к классификации региональных кластеров, их структуре, особенностям формирования как в России, так и в зарубежных странах. Автор анализирует феноменологию кластерного подхода и его применение к инновационному развитию регионов Российской Федерации, а также структуру инновационной системы, имеющей в своем составе инновационные кластеры. В статье дается подробный анализ преимуществ и ограничений кластерообразования в региональной экономике. Особое внимание уделено триггерному эффекту (эффект нивелирования затрат), связанному с функционированием инновационного кластера.
