Abstract

Статья посвящена банковской сфере как элементу институциональной инфраструктуры, способствующему развитию территорий. Рассматриваются вопросы стратегии использования ресурсов, развития банковского кредитования, продвижения новых банковских технологий, повышения финансовой грамотности населения. Определяется приоритетное направление, связанное с развитием финансового рынка и повышением стабильности финансовой системы. Рассматриваются вопросы повышения конкурентоспособности экономики Северо-Запада.
