Особенности Инновационного Потенциала Южного Федерального Округа России

Abstract

Цели и задачи инновационного развития ЮФО реализуются в рамках региональной научно-инновационной политики, которая определяется складывающимися в регионе экономическими условиями. В статье раскрыты особенности инновационной системы и инновационного развития ЮФО за последнее десятилетие. Показано, что по уровню развития инновационной сферы субъекты ЮФО существенно различаются, что обусловлено неравномерностью их социально-экономического развития. Выявлены причины неэффективного использования имеющегося инновационного потенциала. Разработаны рекомендации по инновационному развитию ЮФО.
