Налоговое Администрирование Задолженности Организаций По Налогам И Сборам: Проблемы Взыскания

Abstract

Понятие налоговой задолженности отличается от понятия налоговых неплатежей и, следовательно, нуждается в разработке собственных признаков и классификации. Многообразие причин возникновения налоговой задолженности требует комплексного подхода к их устранению с учетом совершенствования всей налоговой системы. Наиболее эффективной мерой по взысканию налоговой задолженности может служить только лишь изменение налогового законодательства в части принудительного ее взыскания с учредителей, а при их отсутствии с директоров предприятий за счет имущества (в том числе личного), принадлежащего им на праве собственности и их ближайших родственников.
